Exchange Only – No Change of Mind Refunds

We offer exchange only for eligible items. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or incorrect size selection.

Exchange Conditions

- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sarees must be returned with their original folds intact.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty:

- Jewellery
- Blouse inserts and inner blouses
- Undergarments
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Gift cards

Ready-to-Wear Clothing

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We are unable to exchange items due to incorrect size selection unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

We will assess the item and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or other remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For returns valued over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Vashigari Emporium is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
